- Blend of 50% Pinot Meunier,
- 25% Pinot Noir
- and 25% Chardonnay to which we add 10 to 12% Coteaux-Champenois made with 100% Pinot Noir.
Dosage: Brut Champagne dosed at 7 grams per litre.
Aging: 18 months in the cellar.
Dress of a deep pink with a beautiful effervescence of a very pure white forming a very beautiful color contrast. Nose very fruity and vinous. Mouth silky with progressive acidity. The aromas of red fruits dominate and prolong the length in the mouth.
