Dosage: Brut Champagne dosed at 7 grams of sugar per litre.
Aging: 30 months in the cellar.

Very pale gold color with fine bubbles forming a beautiful bead of foam. Nose fine and elegant with notes of citrus fruits and white flowers. Mouth creamy with a nice liveliness on the attack, a nice tension and an aromatic finish drawing on citrus fruits such as lemon and grapefruit.
