Ratafia champenois


Ratafia is produced during the harvest from brandy grape must (Fine de Champagne and Marc de Champagne). It draws 18% alcohol and now benefits from an IGP. The sugar it contains comes exclusively from grapes.

As an aperitif or digestive, it also goes very well with melon, cheese or an apricot tart. It can also be used in cooking to flavor foie gras or flambé veal kidneys.
